Lassi is basically made from curd. It is very beneficial in summer. It is a blend of dahi(curd) and some spices.

Ingredients we need to make lassi:::
1.Chilled Fresh Curd 2 cups
2.Water 1.5 cups
3.Sugar 10 - 12 tablespoon
4.Cardamom powder 1 tablespoon
5.Rooh Afza 1 tablespoon
6.Ice cubes 6-7 cubes
7.Saffron few strands (optional)
Steps to make lassi:::
Step 1: Add 2 cups of fresh curd to the bowl. Take a note that the curd should not be too sour else you need to put more amount of sugar in it.
Step 2: mix 1.5 cups of water in it.
Step 3: Put the sugar into the mixture.
Step 4: Add cardamom powder to the mixture.
Step 5: Add one tbsp of rooh afza to the mixture. It adds up that extra refreshing flavor to your drink. which is also the secret ingredient of the drink.
Step 6: Take out this mixture into the mixing jar and grind it. By doing this, all the ingredients will perfectly get mixed.
Step 7: It is completely up to you and optional to put ice cubes and saffron into the drink.
Step 8: Additionally if you want nuts like almonds you can mix them as well.
