Hello Friends !!!
So today we are back with some delicious recipe that is fenugreek. So fenugreek is basically a kind of leafy vegetables with three small leaves. Its seed also used as a Indian spices.
It is easy to make kind of recipe and it is very health for humans. Doctor also suggest this leafy vegetables kind of sabji for patients. It contains vitamin C , calcium and zinc iron , etc. 

So let's make this healthiest recipe!

INGRIENTS TO MAKE FENUGREEK SABJI |

1. Fenugreek         1 bunch or half kg
2.Onion                 2 
3.Green Chili        5 to 6
4.Tomato               3
5.Cumin seeds       half table spoon
6.Salt                     According to taste

PROCESS TO MAKE FENUGREEK |

Step 1 - Take out all the leaves from the branches of fenugreek and wash it and clean it well.


Step 2 - Wash all other vegetables and cut it well.


Step 3 - Take a pan and add some oil into it after heating add Some cumin seeds after get it golden yellow add cut onions and green chilis into it and let them cook till onion get little golden.


Step 4 - After that add salt according to taste. And add fenugreek mix it well and let them cook on medium flame till 15 to 20 minutes.


Step 5 - Off the flames of gas and that's it . It easy ready to eat. You can serve it with roti or rice.

1. Can we add some other veggies into it?
Answer- Yes, off course you can add potatoes and brinjal into it before adding fenugreek it will enhance more taste into it.
