So, today there is a new recipe. well, there is nothing new in this drink, but lots of people don't adopt this because of its taste.
But it is so healthy, it is rich in antioxidants, it improves your skin, hair and makes it healthier. Although, green leafy vegetables are anyway the powerhouse of nutrients.
INGREDIENTS:-
1.Spinach
2.Lemon
3.Apple (if you want some sweetness to it)
4.coriander
STEPS TO MAKE:-
1.put chopped spinach and coriander in the jar.
2.squeeze half lemon in the jar.
3.add an apple if you want. (optional)
4.blend it until it gets smoothen and strain it. drink it fresh !!!!!!
it's ready have it once a week also you can include it in your detox sessions.
