HOW TO MAKE AAM PANNA AT HOME | MANGO PANNA RECIPE 






Aam Panna is basically a very authentic drink used earlier. It is made up of raw mangoes. It is the most preferred drink of our grandparents. it is a very refreshing and soulful drink.

 It is also one of the dishes which is being prepared in gudipadva festival.


 Ingredients to make Aam Panna:

1. 2 3 medium size raw mangoes.
2. black salt according to test.
3. Cumin powder 2 table spoons.
4. 20 to 30 mint leaves.
5. Sugar 100gm.


Steps to prepare Aam Panna:

Step 1 -  First of all, boil the raw mangoes in the cooker till 2 vessels.



Step 2 -  After getting it cool, separate the seeds of the boiled mangoes.



Step 3 - Put the material in a mixer jar add mint leaves(pudina), sugar into it and grind it well.

Step 4 - Add 1litre of chilled water in it.

Step 5 - Add black salt and cumin powder into it.




Step 6 - Take a glass add some cubes of ice put the mixture into it and garnish it with some mint leaves.
