 MASALA MAGGIE RECIPE | 








As we all know world-famous maggie is made in 2 min but some people like to add extra flavor into it which in turn makes a deliciously spicy and tasty maggie recipe hence, the maggie recipe titled up in the topic.
let's dive into the ingredients first.

INGREDIENTS:-

1.Maggie 1pack

2.Onion 1

3.capsicum/bell pepper 1/2

4.Tomato

5.Schezwan chutney


STEPS:-


1.Take a pan and put a little bit of oil in it.

2.Put chopped tomato, onion, capsicum in it and cook it nicely.

3.Afterwards put red chilly powder and salt to taste into it.

4.after 5-7min add water in the pan for almost 3/4 of the class and put maggie sheets into it.

5.let it be for another 5-7 mins and put off the gas flame.

6.sprinkle maggie masala over the top and schezwan chutney.
Trust me and try it for once it will enhance our recipe's flavor for sure.

STEPS TO MAKE:-

1.put chopped spinach and coriander in the jar.

2.squeeze half lemon in the jar.

3.add an apple if you want. (optional)

4.blend it until it gets smoothen and strain it.
drink it fresh !!!!!!

Today we are gonna make a very different style of aam ras. Basically, we are going to make mango juice of raw mangoes. I have seen so many people who do not like that very particular basic aam Panna which also made out of raw mangoes.
But here I am with a very delicious yet very easy recipe of thick mango juice. Hope you all will like it.


INGREDIENTS:::


1. Raw mangoes - 3 4
2.Cumin  seeds(jeera)
3.Curry leaves
4.Aconite(Mohri)
5.Sugar
6.Edible Oil
7.Cardamom Powder
8.desiccated coconut




STEPS TO MAKE:::


STEP 1: Take a pan and put oil in it.

STEP 2: Now put curry leaves, jeera, Mohri, and mix it well.










STEP 3: Now boil the mangoes and take out the pulp(separate seeds and the leaves of the mango)

                                    










STEP 4: Add the mango pulp into the pan 

STEP 5: Add sugar, cardamom powder, desiccated coconut, and stir it well. cook it for 5 -10 min.

MASALA  PAPAD is basically a North Indian snack made up of roasted or fried mung dal or urad dal papad, not necessary to use this papad only. you can use any kind of papad to make masala papad. Topped with some chopped onion, tomatoes, and with some spices for spicy and tanginess.

INGRIDIENTS::


1.Roasted or fried papad - 2 or 3
2.Onion                           -  2
3.Tomatoes                      - 2
4.Lemon
5.Chilli powder
6.Salt
7.Chat Masala 


PROCESS  TO  MAKE::



STEP 1 - Take roasted or fried papad.



STEP 2 - Take some finely chopped onion, tomatoes, and little coriander.


STEP 3 - Put the chopped onion on the top of the papad then add tomatoes onto it.

STEP 4 - Then sprinkle a little chili powder, chat masala, garam masala, and salt onto it.

STEP 5 - That's it, garnish it with some coriander you can put some sev into it.

So lets start making it, so we are making noodles.

Noodles is basically made up of dough of flour which is rolled , flat or shaded. It can stored in freeze for short time and you can store dried for long time. You can serve it boiled with some veggies and some sauce.

Noodles is a food of many cultures, when we talk about India it is prefer in east Asia. Many foreign has a culture of noodles like Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino and Italian, etc.




INGRIDIENTS:

1.Noodles   
              
2.Spices - 1) Soya sauce
                 2)Chilli sauce
                 3)Vinegar
                 4)Pepper
                 5)Salt


3.Veggies - 1)Cabbage 
                   2)Carrot
                   3)Capsicum


STEPS TO PREPARE::

Step 1 - Take a noodle in a pan add a little salt, add water and boil it.







Step 2 - After boiling a noodles drain it.

Step 3 - Take a pan add little oil into it and add all the cut veggies into it, cook it half then add pepper and salt.

Step 4 - Then add boiled noodles into it and add soya sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar into it and mix it well. Till all the favors get into the noodles.

Step 5 - That's it and your homemade noodles are ready to eat. You can serve it with some sauces or you can eat as it is. It taste fabulous.

WELCOME BACK to the very new recipe!!!
Today we are going to make ice cream of custard powder. It is very easy and just needs 3 ingredients.
Ice Creams are the most curated and demanded dessert. It is a sweet dish specially categorized as a dessert.
And especially in these
COVID times, it is not safe to get it from outside. 
So let's see the ingredients.


INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CUSTARD ICECREAM:::


1.Milk                                 2 Cup

2.Custard Powder               2 tablespoo

3.Sugar                               3/4 cup
         
4.Whipped Cream              1 cup


STEPS TO PREPARE:::


STEP 1: Take 2 tbsp of custard powder in a small bowl and put 1/4th cup of cold milk into it and mix it well. make sure to mix it properly with cold milk only otherwise it will create lumps.



Now, I have taken vanilla flavored custard powder, you can take any.

STEP 2: Now, boil 2 cups of milk until it gets boiled, after boiling stir it for almost 5-6 min.



STEP 3: Put the mixture of custard and milk into the hot boiling milk and stir it immediately.
You will get to see that it will get thickened abruptly, continue to stir it for 5-6 min minutes.



 STEP 4: Put 3/4 cup sugar into the mixture. and stir it again for almost 12 minutes.



STEP 5: Turn off the flame and let it chilled in the fridge.

STEP 6: Now take 1 cup whipped cream and whisk it. If you don't have a whisker, blend it in the grinder that will also work.


                    

                                                                                                

STEP 7: Add the chilled mixture of custard and milk which we have kept in the fridge into the grinder and blend it for 2-3 minutes.




STEP 8: Pour the batter into the bowl and kept it in the freezer to get frozen.

STEP 9: After 2-3 hours of freezing. Take it out and blend it again in the blender.

STEP 10: Now again pour it in the same bowl and let it sit overnight.
By this double blending, your ice cream will become silky in texture.
